Anxiety Stress and Sleep Issues

Modern life causes many to suffer from anxiety and stress and this often results in numerous symptoms including sleep problems and digestive issues such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome).
Great improvement can be gained through lifestyle changes, the removal and addition of specific foods and the use of nutritional supplements. At times all these issues need to be addressed however sometimes very small changes can have a dramatic improvement.
I work closely with each client as an individual to pinpoint changes that are within their capabilities and through a holistic approach, considering all influences, symptoms can be improved upon rapidly.
